Some friends have given me their DW names, and I've done both directory searches and community searches to find them, but they keep coming up with no results.

I know one just started an account, so it might take a while to show, but the other is an older account that should be well integrated into the system.

What is the correct way to search out accounts by name?

So, I'm just subscribing and granting access with wild abandon!

(I'm guessing this is how one "expands their circle"? I certainly hope so, otherwise I'm just being a rather large pain in the ass.)
